So to loose that sweet 25lbs I gained from comfort food while my back injury rehabilitated, I started my 60day workout challenge. I’m not into gyms so I will attempt to exercise daily before or after work either in the water, trails or on bike. Anyone feel me on those quarantine gains? haha I’m over it! let’s do it. :) Mi amigo Kev knew of a rad trail near were we ran a few years back up on the lake. Enjoying the best Oregon has, or doesn’t have. Crowds!
