Day 40 “Traveling is a brutality. It forces you to trust strangers and to lose sight of all that familiar comfort of home and friends. You are constantly off balance."
March 17, 2015
Apprehension to talk to strangers is caused by that sh$t we were taught back when we were kids. On the road rolling solo you can live in solitude but the time will come and force interaction. Better believe you will need help eventually for one reason or another. I've only continued because help from strangers, which I like to prefer to say "friends I haven't met yet". Thanks to Ron from mobile lube of Thermal my brakes were fixed, another broken pad came loose again from the backing destroying the rotor. Gordon a retired traveler from Alberta Canada enlightened me how jacked my receptacles were at my 30amp. I now realized what caused the $1000 worth of damage and loss of orders during Xmas when it shorted my kiln relay box. In Santa Cruz the most think local town will have you sitting for a minute before help arrives if you run out of gas, contrast to in the road. #Slabcity and #Quartzsite AZ are two places I've met so many who have nothing on their calendar but Freedom with time to help one another. Anyhow time to change up the geography, I'm taking an unknown route in high desert 2 Sedona then Albuquerque and hopefully enjoy some tangible entertainment with fellow IG network buddies who have supported me. Such as @natalieeh.m who we discuss a custom order she says I should post more, so dropping lil what I'm up 2 at moment! Haha Hope everyone has kick a$$ Friday..
